According to the chart, the first step is about chemical sources, which generated from industry, transportation, ore smelting, and power generation

Following that, the second step is about emissions, which means wastes will be emitted to the atmosphere such as nitrogen oxides and sulfur dioxide.

The third step is about chemical transformation, which transforms the chemicals into nitric acid and sulfuric acid.

After that is divided into two ways, for one it goes to condensation and for the other, it becomes dry fallout which includes particulates and gases. Finally, they will form the precipitation, acid rain, fog, snow, and mist.
